With aftermarket or hang on parts not original to a vehicle some modification may be needed. If the caliper is hitting the inside of the wheel some light grinding of the caliper may be needed for clearance.

NO,NO it will only fit on one way.If your steering wheel is not straight then you have front end problems are you need to have it lined up at a front end shop.
Front wheel or rear wheel with external gears - say 5-10 minutes for a normally fitting tire. Rear wheel with internal gears or coaster brake - say 15 minutes for a normally fitting tire. This is assuming a straight off swap of tube/tire.
Could be,A loose fitting hubcap. The front brake pads are worn down to the "squealer". A worn CV joint in an axle (front wheel drive). A front wheel bearing going bad.

It depends on if it ie front or rear wheel drive or 3 wheel drive. If it is 4 wheel drive, it is not good and will cause problems. If it is either front or rear wheel drive keep the wheels the same on the drive wheels ie. front wheel drive, keep the 17 or 16 inch wheels on the front but make sure they are the same.
