Most people think to stop a nose bleed you should put your head back and wait for it to stop, but you should never do this. Get a tissue, fold it 2 or 4 times into a square. Hold it so it will soak up the blood that escapes, but instead of pinching the end of your nose closed, pinch the upper boney part of your nose near the base. This will stop the flow of blood gradually. Breath through your nose and don't blow your nose for at least a day. Hope this help!
