the samw way you find him in Gregar , go to the undernet zero from green area ( examine the back of the big tree in green area 2 ) move around until you find Bass and defeat him , then go to the Graveyard and defeat Bass SP ( you need all the standered chips to battle him ). if you have already done this , just go to underground 2 , go to the plateform where you battle Falzar Beast megaman . you will battle Falzar Beast megaman SP first , then you will battle Bass BX .

i just beat the game a while ago and decided to help you guys on how to beat falzar.....here are the best ways #1 first edit ur navicuster and use only chips that raise your hp like HP+500,HP+400,etc,,, #2 on ur folder choose the best chips with the biggest attack these are the most useful ones.... #3 dont use the falzar chip it has less damage... #4 use yhe chips in your folder always because they have the biggest damage.. #5 if u notice falzar open his mouth it means his gonna attack.. #6 do your best........!!!!!
