NO! My Winter White just got her leg tangled in it, it blocked the circulation and she might loose her leg. There are many other reasons why to not use it, so stick with other bedding.

∙ 14y agono it is not bad for them but i don't recommend using this for there main cage bedding. My hamster uses it to make a comfy bed to sleep in. Also i use natural critter care for my hamsters main bedding, it gets rid of odor I highly recommend that
