For the past 24hrs i feel like i got to pee but can't urinate why is that?

I would say it is likely that you may have a Urinary tract infection. If this persists for a couple days you should go to your general practitioner to get an antibiotic to treat the infection. It could be a few other things as well but I am thinking probably a UTI.
