The Emperor Justinian is best known in the art appreciation sense for the beautiful mosaics in the church of Hagia Sophia (532–7) in Constantinople.
It made Roman civil law the civil law of, or the foundation of civil law in most western countries. It was not a code of laws and was not called Justinian code either. It was called Corpus Iuris Civilis (body of civil laws) and a collection of books (codex meant book, not code) with a massive compendium of Roman laws since tie times of Hadrian, a collection of assays and a student textbook.
Justinian's reason for codification of the laws was to unite the great empire he was reconquering. He believed that an empire needed laws and military.

I remembered how it felt being a new student, and I knew I was guilty about the way I treated the new girl. Ida remembered her childhood days. After periods of suffering from amnesia, he finally remembered his family. Lisa remembered everything about her old school; her old friends, teachers, and even her enemies.
He was a student who became an Artillery Officer, who became a General Officer who became an Emperor.
Coining of the term "atom" and the idea that matter was composed of small, invisible, indivisible particles.
He was a student, Artillery Officer, General Officer, First Consul and Emperor. He was a son, brother, husband and father.
First you are going to have fun but the importance is learing about the roots and how to plant flowers and learn how to grow the flowers. A student can also learn patience and appreciation for life.
Ovation means an appreciation from an audience. For example at a graduation they say hold your applause until the end. Then at the end of graduation every student that graduates gets a standing ovation for a job well done.

Justinian made changes to the law like all other emperors. What he is famous for is his commissioning the Corpus Juris Civilis (Body of Civil Law), which was dubbed Justinian Code during the Renaissance. It collected centuries of imperial enactments, discarded obsolete ones and repealed ones, and amended obscure passages. It rationalised a legal system that over the centuries had become chaotic. It also had an anthology with 50 books of essays by famous jurists and four student textbooks. Therefore, it also helped with the study of law. The effect of this work on the empire at the time of Justinian is unknown. Byzantine law was continually changed to adapt it to changing social relationship. The Corpus provided the base for the development of Byzantine law.

I'd imagine this would depend on who or what your are trying to show love and appreciation for. If it's your parents, immediate, friends or family - Why not write them a letter and explaining to them why they are so special to you and thank them for their kind deeds and your wonderful memories. If it's for showing love and appreciation for mankind - Why not volunteer at a homeless shelter or a soup kitchen. Help to clean up trash or offer your help to the elderly.
