Zeblon Pike was one of a couple French explorers and traders that explored the rocky mountains.
This question is not clear. Traders used Minnesota lakes and rivers to travel, getting water, fishing, and trapping water-related mammals (like beaver and otter).
No because the history would be different and it would look different. - not the questionthe question was what would Canada look like, not the history. it needs a description.
Pierre-Joseph Celeron de Bienville (1693-1759) explored Ohio in 1749.Christopher Gist explored Ohio for the British the next year and wrote about his visit. All of the Ohio River Valley was not really part of LaSalle's claim. But gradually the French began to move into all of the Ohio River Valley. Although the French had claimed a huge land area, there were very few French farmers living in New France. Most French men were fur traders. They traded for furs with the American Indians. The furs were then bought by French trading companies who sold them in Europe. Many of the French fur traders had good relations with the Indians for a long time.
No ocean. The Phonecians were masters.of the Mediterranean though.
Since you can open a Forex account through the internet and from any country in the world, there is no record on how many traders there are. My guess will be tens or hundreds of thousands of traders.
Explorers from Portugal, Holland (the Netherlands), France and Great Britain explored Australia before 1820. Macassan traders from Indonesia also explored along the coastline for sea slugs (a delicacy) hundreds of years before the Portuguese sailors came anywhere near the continent.

I was not able to find any record of Juan Ponce de León visiting Minnesota, although he may have traveled up the Mississippi River in search of the river's headwaters. [If someone finds documented evidence that he was in Minnesota, please post it here.] The first known settlers were the Anishinaabe, the Dakota, and other Native Americans. French fur traders are the first known Europeans to visit Minnesota in the 1600s (50 or so years after Ponce de León explored Florida and other parts of North America).
