When asked by multiple parties to complete several jobs I think it is important acknowledge all requests prioritise jobs in order if importance make all parties aware of your workload and give them an appropriate estimate of when their requests will be completed. If appropriate you may be able to allocate some jobs to other team members in order to meet team goals. I am also a believer that if you allocate your time management well and organise your jobs you are sometimes able to complete several jobs at the the same time.
