Copper sheeting has served many purposes over the years. Romans used it to line their ships and shields. Today, it is primarily used for weatherproof flashing.
Copper would be good to use on a fence, im not sure what its not good for.

if this is in a newer car the tank is probably plastic. a new replacement tank can be installed on the old rad. but at today's labor rate it might be cheaper to get a new rad. if it's the older copper brass tank. it can be soldered or patched with copper sheeting.
I would have to say DooM Builder. It is complicated to use though. The point of DooM Builder is that you can see and edit the level in 3D mode. Many people nowadays use DooM Builder. It takes time to master.
You use it to bend aluminum sheeting to wrap the trim.
