No. They contain gluten (wheat flour). If you wish to eat cereal, please look for specifically labeled gluten free cereals. Rice Krispies now have a gluten free version, but other than that, there are no other Kelloggs cereals that are GF.

Not only can that gluten contamination be from other ingredients, but can also be from processing equipment. If the facility processes wheat, etc, there can be contamination.Check out Bob's Red Mill Potato Flakes which is manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.
Foods with lots of fibre are cereals like wheatabix, shredded wheat, bran and bran flakes, salads and fruits and vegetables, coconuts, brown bread. Corn flakes has very little fibre.
