evoperator coil gets cold at bottom but not at top
There is a short in the system somewhere. Check all the wiring.
First check to see if the system has freon in it and if not then you have a leak but if it does then you will need to check the electrical for the a/c system.......
for fuse to keep blowing, there is a short in the eletrical system somewhere. check the a/c switch and the a/c clutch
Check your blend door for proper operatin. Check your ac gas level. make sure your condenser and orice tubes are not stopped up.
you have a vac. leake or the oneway check valve is not working.....
check your filter..... or it just might need to be charged
also check that oil filter has not "blown out " or gasket is not seated properly Check that oil sending unit is not defective and blowing oil out of the top
Your bulb or socket may be shorting out. Check for shorts in the system.
A check engine light means you have a possible problem with the emission system , you should get the Ranger scanned for trouble codes to diagnose and repair the problem . Once the problem has been repaired the check engine light can be reset.
If the check engine light stays on , a malfunction with the emission control system has been detected , have your Ranger scanned for any trouble codes to diagnose and then repair the malfunction
The first thing that you need to check will be the freon level in the system and work your way from there.............
