Ok lets see... "Dinosaur" is a pretty vague name in terms of ecological niches, locomotion, and every other thing I could think of that would unite them into something polarized from Whales and Frogs. So the analogy has to be something about how the are related. Dinosaurs are Archosaurian Diapsid Reptiles, the ancestors of Amphibian, of which Frogs are a derived form of. But whales don't have any descendents that can be considered distinct enough from them as Dinosaurs are from frogs. Dolphins? That doesn't make any sense, Dolphins are still Whales, but Dinosaurs aren't Frogs. Maybe it is about being vague, like, Dinosaurs covered a wide range of diets, habitats, and the like but aren't particularily known for being amphibious, unless you count diving birds and penguins as "amphibious" (which I don't). So what's a group of animals that covers a broad range of forms but excludes fully marine life? ...um, uh... ...some sort of worm? I don't know this is hard. I'm probably overthinking this, but there doesn't seem to be an obvious answer. So I'm just going to guess. Fog : Dinosaur :: Whale : Plesiosaur Thats probably wrong, but whatever.
The connection here is how each reproduce. Frogs reproduce and dinosaurs used to reproduce by laying eggs. Whales reproduce by giving live birth. Mouse is the only one of the four choices that fits this category since it also gives live birth and the other three choices lay eggs.
This is a nonsensicle comparison.
A frog is an amphibian where as a dinosaur was a "reptile".
The whale would need to evolve into a different class of animal to give an answer.
Dead mouse,flies,frog,snake
Frog,turtle,mouse,rat,rabbit,beaver,bird,whale
all but crayfish and frog are vertebrates
Panther eats deer, deer eats shrub, grass, and a tree. An owl and a hawk eats a mouse and a rabbit, a mouse and a rabbit eats grass. A hawk and an owl also eats a frog, frog eats a cricket, a cricket eats grass. A hawk and and an owl also eat a snake, a snake eats a frog, a mouse, and a rabbit.
Amphibian
Deer
The frog
I wouldn't try that if I were you. The snake would try to kill and eat the frog.
The blue whale has the largest lungs but the harbor porpoise has thlargest lung capacity.
Hawk, Snake, Frog, Plant

On the bottom the producer would be grass. Then connected to it would be trout, deer, mouse, and grasshopper. The wolf would eat the deer, but nothing eats the wolf. The frog and trout could eat the grasshopper. Raccoon eats the frog, the grasshopper and the trout. Snake eat frog and mouse. Depending on the snakes size and type, it could eat the raccoon or the raccoon could eat it. Hope that answers your Question!:)
