In my '04 it's fuse 32 in the fuse box near the engine.
It is number 32 in the under the hood fuse box. It takes a number 15 fuse.
The front wiper is fuse #29 (25 amp) And the rear wiper fuse is #32 (20 amp)
It's Fuse 32 in the Fuse box that is in the engine area. The inside of the fuse box should show you a diagram so you can see which one it actually is.
** Fuse 14 is for rear auxillary power point and fuse #32 is for Front Power Outlets/Lights, OnStar® In my '04 it's Fuse 32 in the engine area fuse box. Previous Answer-> try fuse #14 in the center console fuse box
rear wiper and washer
Try fuse 28. there is an orange wire that goes from fuse 32 into a splice pack and then to lighters. but fuse 28 taps onto it before the splice pack. that's the only thing it can be unless the console harness came undone.
hood fuse 32
It is a 20 amp fuse. Fuse Number 32 in the Fuse Panel UNDER the HOOD. Good Luck , BILL
Per the manual for my 2002 Rendezvous, the passenger side of the center console down by the floor has a cover for a fuse panel. The REAR Aux power outlet fuse is #14. Under the hood near the battery is the other fuse panel. You have to remove the black cover to get to it. The cover is marked with "Fuse Relay center." # 32 is labeled in the manual as Front Power Outlets(plural), "lights" and ""Onstar. Since they mention more than one, it must mean that the front and the one at the rear of the center console are off the same fuse. # 45 is the main battery fuse for the power outlets but is also for the body computer, level control, power seats and mirrors. If only the fronts are out, it is probably #32 in the panel under the hood. What "lights", I am not sure.
This is Fuse 32 under the hood in the fuse box. I had a problem with this fuse as well. I don't smoke so didn't care when I first realized my lighter didn't work, but my check engine light came on and when I took it to get the engine code read, the part they connect to under the dash (ODBII) would not give them a code. I left the store not knowing why my check engine light was on and annoyed there was another problem to fix. After a few hours of troubleshooting with my Dad, we figured out the same fuse that controls the lighters is the same one that powers the OBDII system, and Onstar as well. I hope that info helps someone else. here's the 2004 owners manual http://www.mediafire.com/?xgh2ucexzld Replacing fuse 32 fixed my front cigarette lighter problem as well. I have a 2005 Buick Rendezvous. The fuses are numbered in the owners manual. This fuse is in the fuse box under the hood; not at the passenger side compartment. It is a yellow 20 amp fuse in the middle left area of the fuse box.
# 32 is a 10 amp fuse for the light switch according to the Owner Guide
