Open driver's door. On the left edge of the dash (normally covered by the closed door) is a panel with a handle at the bottom. Pull that handle and this large approx 8" panel will pop out. All fuses are there with a diagram of what goes where and proper values etched on the inside of the panel

Drivers side of engine, found it myself, it had a black filter on it and I can't see as good as I use too!!

The lifters are hydraulic and are not adjustable.
It is in the under hood fuse panel, next to the battery. Lid should show location.
