Look at it from another point of view... instead of searching for consumers who would buy your product(s), do a little research, maybe around your family and friends and find out which product you can make that it's wanted (and missing, preferebly) in the market... It is my understanding that they are called such because they are frequently pages which are "cut" from the company catalog. Cut sheets are generally specific enough to convey any information that the customer might need to install or use the product.
