The Giraffe's reproductive system is slightly more complex to that of others, the gestation period in which the Giraffe is with offspring is around 15 months on average, their is then a post birth interval of 20 months in which the Giraffe will not reproduce, this means that the Giraffe would reproduce around once every Three years.
