Nutmeg is a regular household spice which has been used through centuries as a hallucinogen herb. It gives you a relaxed and a bit numb and giggly feeling when ingested in massive amounts (8g+) compared to the use as a spice. It also causes a rapid heart beat when ingested so it IS NOT suitable for persons with high blood pressure.
Do not ingest nutmeg if you are allergic to peanuts and such.
