During a banquet I was the head leader at my tables and I had to make sure the people under me was get the food out, filling the drinks, and clearing the table at the end. During the banquet we forget to get salads out on time and fill drinks when they get empty put my team fix it with out having me to tell them.
Give an example of when you had to work to a deadline as a team?
They can work for a sport team, for example they can give the player a massage after a rough game.
Uggghhhh! This is such a poor question for an employer to ask because it's not a behavioral-based question. The best thing you can do to respond to this question is show self-confidence in your answer and explain why you believe you are the best candidate for the position by highlighting your strengths and how they relate to the position. Be specific vs. general. For example, don't just say "because I'm a fast learner" or "because I'm a team player" and leave it at that, rather give the employer a specific example of how you learned something quickly in the past or how you were a team player, especially at a previous job.
This is you chance to tell the interviewer your strengths as a team player. You need to give an example of where you have worked as a part of a team. What did you do to help the team? What was the result? The key is to prepare in advance and have your examples ready This is one interview question, I have put in a link below to the most common interview questions. Then you can make sure you are well prepared
shares credit and blame
When asked on an interview to describe a time when you were working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something, it is important to show that you were able to bring attributes to the team. You also should show how you took some initiative in the group.
the interviewer wants to hear a specific answer how you worked on a team effectively. refer to a previous situation and give a STAR example. Situation, Task, Action and Result. this is the best way to show exactly HOW you solved a problem.
Yes very much so
A dream team is the antithesis of the Olympic spirit.
Each player will bring helmet stickers from his school/team and give them to other players on the all-star team to wear on their helmet. I guess they do this to show respect to the other players/schools from their all-star team.
I play volleyball and volleyball does not have a player from another team. What you are referring to may be the libero. The libero is a player that wears a jersey different from the ones that the rest of the team wears. They wear it to show that they can substitute in for any player in the back row of the court at anytime.
you need to be a team player to show that you can work alongside someone and help them when they need support, rather then just being in it for yourself
