Boy, I don't think you get it. Or understand the process at all.

You went to Court and begged them to help you and provide protection from creditors and take control to resolve your finances because you couldn't any longer. That isn't any question..read what you petitioned the court, swore and signed. That's the first part of BK. That's filing for BK protection.

The court agreed to do so, and in order to accomplish this, appoints a trustee to resolve things for you and the creditors. He tries to work it out, and presuming you dug a bigger hole than can be worked through fairly (fairly is you pay everyone what you owe), he even has the power to recommend the court discharge certain debts and give you a fresh start. You can't fire the trustee.

You can drop your bankruptcy and deal with the creditors yourself.

If your upset that he wants to use "your stuff" to pay your debts...well your "stuff" you actually probably never realy got to paying for much of, and have even gotten other "stuff" using the money you had already promised to give to the first, (it wasn't really your money either..you committed it to others well before you got it).
