For most skills, including magic, it will cost you lots of money. It will also cost you lots of time. Note that every 7 levels, the amount of experience points required doubles. So, if you are already at level 92, you are halfway through. If you are at level 71, you just have 1/8 of the experience points required for level 99 - so, assuming it took you a month of intensive training to get that far, it will take you a further 7 months to reach level 99.
