Actually, I think that temperature is about right for your goldfish. But if you seriously need to, you need to change the temperature of the air around the tank. I suggest keeping it in a cooler room?

Atwhat water temperature do you stop feeding pond goldfish?

When the water gets colder the goldfish's metabolism will slow down and won't allow the fish to ingest food properly- so there would be no point in feeding them.

How long is a goldfish pregnancy?

Goldfish do not have a gestation period because the reproduction of goldfish does not, at any point, involve pregnancy. Goldfish lay their unfertilized eggs which are then fertilized by nearby male goldfish. The fertilized eggs then develop and hatch into fry which then grow into baby fish. Goldfish do not BECOME pregnant. They lay eggs and the male goldfish fertilizes them

How can your goldfish died?

Most household goldfish from pet stores are fairly strong and the majority of their deaths are caused by the owner. Here's a list of causes of goldfish deaths... 1. Untreated tank water. Goldfish can only survive in water that has been treated for chlorine and is at a suitable temperature. 2. Lack of filtration. Goldfish can eventually be poisoned by their own waste, so filters and bacteria that grow naturally in the tank helps break down toxins. 3. Starvation. Goldfish have been known to trap each other and sometimes steal each other's food up to the point of starvation. Though rarely, owners can neglect to feed their fish until they die. This does not happen often as many types of goldfish can survive for over a week without food. 4. Ich and other parasite infections. If water conditions are not ideal, the slime coat of the goldfish can be compromised. This can lead to sicknesses such as fin rot, ich, etc. 5. Old age. Goldfish rarely live out their entire time of 6-10 years in a tank, but it happens. At that point they eventually die of old age.

What type of fish was Cleo in Pinochio based on?

I believe Cleo was supposed to be an Oranda goldfish. she was large, social, had beautiful flowing fins that matched the oranda almost perfectly, and she had a bigger head and chubby cheek. Her body was also rounded like the Oranda. She liked to be touched. Orandas also like physical contact. you can look up an Oranda goldfish. She was a goldfish for sure but if I'm going to pin point what type, I'd say by personality and physical appearance that she was an Oranda. They're the most social of all the goldfis.
