The trick to ski jumping: 1. The Slope. Make sure your weight is centered on the blue dot and you are in a crouching position the entire downward slope to gain speed. 2. The Jump. As late as possible, and without losing speed pop up and try to shift your weight back to the center point and remain as still as possible. I find it easiest to keep my heals on the board for this. The tip is simple, however the mastry of the same is a little tricky. I have seen the furthest single jump at 186m so far. . .I've only had the wii for 3 days.
