If the ticking noise occurs when the car is moving, you might just have a small rock or something stuck in the tread of the new tire somewhere. With the car off, run your hands over the treads of the tire, or look carefully all around the tire with a flashlight.
You usually pry small rocks loose with a screw driver.
I ran over a screw once, and it was deeply stuck in the tire making that noise each time it made contact with the ground.
If that's the case, don't pull the object out or the tire will probably go flat -- change the tire or take it to a repair shop right away.
Other things to check -- if the vehicle has hub caps, make sure they are installed tightly -- use a rubber hammer, the heel of your hand, or a block of wood and a hammer to gently tap the hub cap in place. They may make a ticking noise for a few miles until they set.
Also make sure there is nothing IN the hubcap, like a small rock, etc.
Good luck!

Because of the type of engine, and how the exhaust is made. If take away the silencer on the exhaust pipe, you will get a whole different sound. And If the engine has for example a four cylindre, it will make a nicer, and not so deep sound. With a 8 cylindre engine , it will make a more dark and "groggy" sound.
