Using a bud flower will not give you accurate results if you are trying to convert from grams to teaspoon without a scale as the bud is too dense and heavy. Here is the conversion from gram to teaspoon: 1 gram of weed = 1/4 teaspoon. 2 grams of weed = 1/2 teaspoon. 4 grams of weed = 1 teaspoon.
