The United Farm Workers was founded by Cesar Chavez in 1965 by combining the National Farm Workers Association and the Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee.
Cesar Chavez fought for a higher wage and better working conditions for Mexican farm workers.
In 1965, he founded the United farm Workers union. At first, Chavez opposed "illegals."
He wasn't a dictator. He founded the United Farm Workers.
He founded the "NFWA" National farm workers of America
because he wanted to show how he would boycott on grapes or to walk long miles.
