Take belt off water pump pulley
remove fan from pump (4 bolts)
remove old clutch from fan
install new with same bolts
Put fan back on.
according to my chiltons labor guide it calls for 1.6 hours
Most likely the guide on the bottom of the regulator broke. take the door apart and check. most likely, you need a new window regulator.
