My guinea pig's behind gets really wet/damp and smells funky. And yes, that is urine and who knows what. If this is what you mean, then I have a solution:
We trim their hair. Be really careful, and we just used normal household scissors.
Don't cut it too short, but just enough to get rid of the gross stuff.
They look so cute afterwards!
If it is constantly a problem, ask a vet or the pet store for tips.
