Guru Nanak Sahib jee visited Udhoke in 1486 during their marriage ,when they were going to marry in Batala . When they started travel from Sultanpur lodhi to Batala then they stayed in Udhoke For one Night only and this is impossible to stay 9 months and 26 days during this time of marriage. The place where Guru jee stayed was known as Kotha Sahib but now known as Guruaana Sahib .
Second , according to Bhai Sahib singh jee In 1527-28 when guru jee started Parchar Yatra of Ravi Ilaka then they visited udhoke and stayed 8-9 days at Udhoke.A shrine is here in memory of Guru Sahib named Tham sahib, which is located in between of the village Udhokeand the the building was built in 1944-45.So, this is only is a misinterpretation of History that Guru jee stayed here for 9 months and 26 days.Udhoke village was a big centre of Naths(Yogis) and this is also possible that Guru je visit there to convenience them .............but this is only a probablity.
In village a Dera was also built in near about 1960 named Nagiana where the snakes are worshiped and many illitrate people blieved that the naag(snake) who shadowed to Guru jee at nankana sahib Pakistan was visit here with Guru jee and guru jee ordered him to stay and people will worship you before me, this is a big lie.
so, guru jee visited Udhoke 2 times ( during their marriage and after in 1527-28)but stayed only for one night (first time) and for 9 days second time. I m related to this village and u can ask any question for this to me
