Guys please help me... when i boot my PC fortunately all devices are detected but it restarts when it loads the windows... it a bios trouble or its just due to defective hardisk..?

Try hitting F8 when windows starts to boot, and booting into safe mode. If it boots into safe mode, then you can do a scandisk and see if the hard disk is the problem. Perhaps you have a bad driver, or windows is just crapping out.
