the way ive found to calm my mind when my body needs sleep is while your laying there do the 5 to 4 breathing method empty your lungs as much as you can than inhale steadily for 5 seconds hold for 5 seconds exhale steadily for 5 seconds and pause for 5 seconds do this several times in a row but be careful cause if you move to fast afterwards you will get light headed now dont try this unless your certain you can oh and while your doing this mentaly repeat the word relax and you should relax mentally and physicaly it works for me cant promise anything the doctor
