Well you really cant say that a certian region has the best wine, but you can say that it specializes in a certain type of wine. Argentina for example, specializes in Malbecs. Malbecs are a smooth mid-bodied wine with dark red fruit flavors. In other words, it can be fair to say that Argentina has the best Malbec wines.
Chateau St. Jean Cinq Cepages is a red wine made of a blend of 5 varieties of grapes. This particular vintage has Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot. They are aged individually for two years in oak before being combined. It is a Bordeaux-style wine.
