Had a avm remove from my back about two years ago and still have pain on both legs and bottom of my feet numness I'm taking a lot of med's for the pain has anyone had this done and how do you fill now?

This is not an easy process, but can be done. There are 5 bolts holding each headlight unit in place. Remove the plastic cover above each headlight to access the top 2 bolts. This cover is just held on with plastic clips. Remove the bumper to access the bottom 3 bolts. You will need an 8mm and a 10mm socket for 4 bolts; then remove the plastic clips. Pull the bumper forward to remove it, but be careful of the foglight wiring, and don't force anything loose. You should see one bolt on the side of each headlight unit, and two on the bottom. Remove these with your 10mm socket, disconnect the wiring, and you're done. If anyone knows how to remove the headlights without taking off the bumper, please post!
