There are lots of reasons guys can't get erections. Physical reasons include neurological problems and the side effects of some drugs.
Psychological issues can also keep a guy from getting or keeping an erection. He may be too distracted (thinking about a problem at work, for example), or he may be trying too soon after his last ejaculation. Guilty feelings can also squelch an erection, of course.
