You will have to remove the heads and have the block welded by a skilled welder or you may in the end have to purchase of a new block. The only other choice you have is to buy a used engine and just replace the entire engine. You can of course buy what is called a short block and use your old heads and manifolds.
Possible cracked block or a blown head gaskets.
If your referring to the engine block, the motor has to be replaced. If your refering to a cracked head, the head has to be replaced. Contact a service technician you can trust. a cracked block cannot be repaired. The only option is to replace the engine.

Cracked head Cracked block Head gasket installed incorrectly
Cracked cylinder head, blown head gasket, engine block or intake gaskets.
Intake and exhaust manifold gaskets are also replaced along with the head gasket. Head is inspected and if cracked it is replaced. Head bolts should also be replaced with new ones.
You have a bad head gasket(s). Good Luck. you might have a cracked head you can get them replaced check and see if you have oil in radiator if oil in the engine might not be any good anymore...i am going through same problem Probably a head gasket or cracked head or block. Head gaskets fail when the engine overheats and the head warps.
intake gaskets are between the head and intake. head gaskets are between the head and the block..

Cracked or warped heads, motor block, Bent valves, blown head and/or header gaskets worst case locking up the engine.
A blown gasket can be repaired by replacing the gasket...if you are talking about the head gasket, then you have to remove the cylinder head from the engine block and replace the gasket that is inbetween them. Cracked heads generally have to be replaced because they are made of aluminum which cannot be repaired permanently once it is cracked.
