The possibility exists. It depends on if your menstrual flow was normal. If it was less than it typically is, it could have been spotting from the zygote implanting into the vaginal wall. Although I have heard, and known people with, cases where they continued to have a normal menstrual flow throughout their entire gestation, and sometimes didn't even know they were pregnant until days before delivery. Every pregnancy is different. Wait a while and take a pregnancy test to be sure. Well my boobs hurt and I feel hungry, mostly the precurser of throwing up (false morning sickness) , but I haven't had sex at all. So go take a pregnancy test.
