Half Life 2 SMOD(in other word Super Mod) is a mod created to change the Half Life 2 experince by allowing the character to use abilites such as Bullet Time and Gordons Kick. The mod also changes the game by swaping in and out things from the actual game. For Example, in the chapter Watar Hazard after opening the busting open the floodgate door and fighting your way back outside of the Combine outpost, you will notice that your airboat is gone. The words appear "Hidden Chapter-Where is my boat?". In which you will have to continue on a Jeep. You will also be given a wide range of weapons, such as scissors that can be thrown like ninja stars and explosive bannanas. The mod also releases more gore effects, such as more blood flying off enimes, and possible limb loss. The mod has also released its own counter-part, Smod Tactical, although the mod is no longer maintained, for the creators have shut down the forums and the website is no longer maintained.
