Those spots are the hamster's scent glands. They won't 'go away', they are supposed to be there.
Sometimes when hamsters are stressed they rip their fur off.
== == They are scent glands and all hamsters have two of them, one above each hip (except some dwarf hamsters which have a third one underneath). They are usually more obvious on a male hamster and when they get older they can sometimes get quite hairless and shiny, especially when they over groom them. You will occasionally see your hamster rubbing his/her hip spots around their cage to mark their territory. This is nothing to worry about as this means your hamster is sexually mature and in good breeding condition.
It is a boy

As bizzare as it sounds. That statement is 100% true. Now, don't get confused and start looking up pictures of the moon scouting for purple spots. It's true only in an if-then statement. IF the moon has purple spots, THEN it is June. If-then statements are made up of two things. A hypothesis, the "if" part, and the conclusion, the "then" part. Now here is where it starts getting confusing. If perhaps the hypothesis should be "illogical" like the moon having purple spots, then the statement would be considered true. On the other hand, if the hypothesis were to be:If it is June, and the conclusion being:then the moon has purple spots. That would be false, because the hypothesis falls under the realm of logic and it's counterpart, the conclusion, is false and illogical.
The scoliid wasp has a black body that has two to four distinguishing yellow spots on its back. They can range from 20 to 40 millimeters in size and are found in many parts of North America.

Hamster has two syllables in it.
It's important to take the hamster to a veterinarian for an examination to determine the cause of the issue. The vet may recommend treatment or therapy to help the hamster regain use of its back feet if possible. In the meantime, provide a clean and comfortable environment to prevent any further injury.
