Yes it has, you wanna know? While I was playing games in club penguin, it said that I need to be a member to do the next levels, before I didn't had to be a member. Club Penguin has gone WAY rubbish now, the club penguin makers are nothing but stupid, lousy, dum people, all they are trying to do is make more money.
