Has Sasuke distroyed the leaf village if yes than had he thought once about his friends?

No he hasn't but he was about to, but stopped by the news that pain had already destroyed the village and i believe he no longer see's team 7 or others as his freinds so he would not hesitate to kill them or so i understand sasukes feelings on that subject are quite hazy in both the manga and anime.
