No, it has not as of yet, but legislator LucÃa del Pilar Miranda introduced a bill in May 2011 that would establish May 17th as the official state day of "the Fight against Homophobia, Transphobia and Lesbophobia." She said this was the first step to eventually introducing a marriage equality bill in the Zacatecas legislature.
