Jupiter is one of the four 'gas giant' planets. Unlike rocky worlds like Earth, Jupiter is composed almost entirely of gas. Inside this swirling ball of gas lies a small core of solid rock.

Jupiter is a 'gas giant', so it's not possible to land a ship on its surface. Travelling far below the clouds of this planet is not advised. Temperatures and pressures soon begin to rise. So far, no probes have survived over 150 metres below the surface of Jupiter.
It is not possible to land on Jupiter. It is made primarily from hydrogen & helium gases, with a rocky core consisting of heavier elements.

No, the only spaceships that have ever landed anywhere is the moon. And the only place they have landed robots that take pictures (forgot what they are called) have only landed on mars. i don't know if that is the answer you were looking for but....yeaa

No, the space shuttle has no means of leaving Earth's orbit and enough fuel to reach Jupiter in a reasonable amount of time.

Also, Jupiter is made almost entirely from gas, so there is no surface to land on.

Definitely not. There is no solid matter to land on. Eventually the spacecraft would be crushed by the pressure which increases toward the center of the planet. Jupiter has several satellites, including four large ones which a spacecraft could land on.

No. For one thing, the space shuttle is not capable of interplanetary travel; it was only designed for low Earth orbit. Second, Jupiter has a very thick atmosphere that gradually transitions into a liquid like state at great depth due to increasing pressure. The interior is also extremely hot. A spacecraft that enters the atmosphere at orbital speed would burn up like a meteor. Descending at lower speed it would be crushed and melted by the intense heat and pressure of the interior.

No. Jupiter doesn't have a surface to land on. One probe was sent to explore Jupiter's atmosphere, however.

No space shuttle has ever been to Jupiter. The Space shuttle was never meant to be more than a glorified elevator, whose purpose was to lift stuff from Earth into orbit.

Time it takes to get to Jupiter in a space shuttle?

You can't get to Jupiter using the Space Shuttle. The Shuttle is not designed to leave Earth's orbit (it doesn't have the thrust to reach Earth's escape velocity) and in fact flies at quite a low altitude compared to other satellites out there.

Have spaceshuttles been to Jupiter?

No space shuttle has been anywhere besides the space station - not even to the moon.
