Not really, actually not many scientists or geologists have been able to discover if all the water has been through the legendary water cycle, but majority people believe yes. If you were to count every last droplet of water, then maybe some of it hasn't been through the water cycle. Really nobody actually knows because long ago those droplets that haven't evaporated now, could've evaporated a long time ago. I hope that helps you!
