Yes. There was an article that went around the United States earlier this year about an elevator malfunction in New York City. A woman was cut in half because she was lifted while the elevator doors were open. I'm sure there are other cases, but this is the most recent one I have heard about.
Arthur Williams - Elevator Bandit - died in 2010.
Yes, elevator accidents are rare but do occur, fatalities exist. This does not extend to suicides jumping down elevator shafts, as has happened in Jersey City public Housing.
you can't they are like a job vault that stops anyone from entering...
yes a janitor died in the elevator
get in an elevator
yeaaaaaah buddddy. he died for 3 minutes in an elevator
if there anyone who died because of cat rabbies?
It has no steps!
Not necessarily. An hydraulic elevator (as in mining), or a grain elevator would not be pulleys. Nor elevator shoes.
No. The word "elevator" can be a noun ("Get on the elevator!") or more rarely an adjective ("Check out my new elevator shoes.") *uses such as elevator shoes or elevator shaft may be considered a noun adjunct rather than an adjective
Elevator shoes or height increasing shoes are definitely still in fashion. Everywhere I look, I can find gorgeous looking shoes that are in fashion. They can increase your height by five inches without anyone being able to notice the difference.
I'm pretty sure you are talking about when they died in the elevator in the hotel, and yes, this is a kid movie. If you are, it is called Tower of Terror, a kid's movie. I bought it at disneyland, for they also have a ride their named after it in California Adventures.
