You think like a lawyer. I have never heard of anyone doing this and I doubt it would stand up in court. Nobody has forced people to give away their possesions, it is voluntary. You would have nobody to blame but yourself.

You have to search for them. You will have a hard time finding anyone to help you with this, because Nintendo is (rightfully so) lawsuit happy.

ANYONE can bring a lawsuit against ANYONE ELSE. You probably should contact an attorney for advice to determine if you have grounds for filing a lawsuit in your state.

You can sue anyone without an attorney. You just have to make sure you do all of things that the court requires. Small claims court may be a better way to go depending on the amount of the debt and the limit of small claims amounts in your state.
