Eating pineapple is very not recomended at early pregnancy, but at late pregnancy bromelain at pineapple helps soften your cervix only..
It is okay for a person to eat pinapple at 36 weeks. The only thought is that is could cause you to go into labor, although this is not always the case. Canned pineapple will not do this to you though.

Not in small quantities. Pineapple contains something called Bromelain which is said to soften the cervix which can help induce labor. But the quantity needed would be pretty large. And each individual handles things differently. If you are concerned, consult your physician.
Fresh cut pineapple could last up to 5 days in the fridge. Exactly how long will depend upon the fridge temperature and any contamination that might have occurred. I have had cut pineapple keep for nearly two weeks, but that might be an exception.
Why would you think that Pineapple could harm the baby?
40 weeks or 10 months.
False labor, or Braxton-Hicks contractions usually occur in the 2 weeks prior to real labor, especially with the first childbirth.
please elaborate...what do you mean by labor, for 2 weeks? Labor doesnt kill a baby, so if one is really in labor for 2 weeks, ( which I've never heard of) there's no reason for a baby to be dead. however, 2 weeks of labor might kill the mom ! Just joking. Seriously though, more information is needed to answer this question properly.
37 weeks
Labor is not accompanied by nausea. But if you have it at 37 weeks, check your blood pressure, you might be having preeclampsia.
