Has anyone had ovulation after 4 years of menopause - painful breasts and nipples included?

7 days past ovulation and you have little red spots discharge at your nipples, and sensitive breasts warrants a pregnancy test.
Can you tell your pregnant in 3 weeks?
Yes! I am 5 weeks now and knew a week after ovulation. I felt nauseous, and my breasts/nipples were sore. I had never felt like that. I took a test at 9 days past ovulation and got a positive!
