I got a brochure for DyfloGest from my sister, who was literally swearing by it. When I called and ordered some, I was informed that the first box is for what they were calling a "loading dose". They claimed it was to kickstart my digestion. I followed the directions and the first box was almost overwhelming relief, but I went through it really quick.
But after the first box, I took the dosage down to just one a day to maintain. That was about three months ago and I have been doing great since. I would try it and see if you like it but steer away from the trial in my opinion. It is just one box that goes through in a week and you will be waiting on more once you try it.

I have not tried the firm weights. According to testimonials on their website, the weights are excellent, however many have questioned how outstanding they really are. They will definitely give you a workout, but it is up to you to decide if they are worth the price tag
