Has anyone used Metro Service Center in Dallas TX for a watch repair?

I've used it for my watch before, it's really easy! You can either download the form and send it in yourself, or take it to your local Fossil store and they send it in for you. It typically takes 2-4 weeks to get your watch back. It's $45 for several brands of watches (except Michael Kors, which is $60) and this fee is to replace the crystal, case, band/bracelet, battery and includes shipping. Battery only replacement is $18.50. There are many other fees, just go to fossil repair page on their website and look for the repair form. It's so very easy, I used the 4" by 11" (give or take) size box, put the form and check in a ziplock baggie, the watch in a second baggie (hate to get anything wet if it rains....) and I put both of those bags into one more bag. I blew into the watch and final ziplock bag to make them like cushions. I laid napkins in the bottom of the box and sealed it up. All this was taped up real well in the box and mailed via USPS WITH TRACKING AND INSURANCE. Very very important to get tracking and insurance so make sure you ask.
