M y documents folder pops up everytime the computer starts up does anyone know why?
You may want to look under Start --> Programs --> Startup and see if you have anything there that is opening your My Documents folder.Other than that, I would take a look in the registry under HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run and see what is starting there.If the previous sentence didn't make sense to you, then poking around the registry is not for you. Try a program like CCleaner www.ccleaner.com to see what is starting up automatically in your system.*Note: I do not work for the company that makes CCleaner, I just use it regularly.
