The best way to get abs is to reduce calories and do aerobic exercise, like running or walking on a treadmill. The person below is concerned about their waist. Walking 3-5x a week for an hour would reduce the waist way faster than this machine. And other than a pair of shoes, it's free. Getting ab muscles is pointless if they're covered by fat.

I ordered my abcoaster and received it yesterday. It was pretty simple to put together and I tried it out right away.It really does give you a work out and you feel it in your abs immediately. I love it!!! It takes a little while to get used to, but definitely think this will work for me. I had the Gazelle and while that worked my legs, it really didn't seem to do anything else and I am more concerned with my waist than my legs. I will keep at it and see how it goes.

They have 3 models a home model and 2 commercial ones I recommend the $1300 commercial one. Many more features and you can tell it's more study.
